Job summary

Shopee is seeking an Account Management professional in Jakarta to maintain and manage SMB Merchants through various online communication channels. You'll be responsible for increasing sales conversions and building strong relationships with merchants.

• Previous experience or a strong, demonstrable interest in the E-wallet, food delivery, or e-commerce sectors.
• Target-oriented with a strong internal drive to achieve individual and team goals.
• Ability to handle moderate ambiguity and maintain high resilience in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible to maintain and manage SMB Merchants through online communication channels (WhatsApp, Email, and Call) by offering campaign participation, slice price program and other initiatives under the merchant portfolio given.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with SMB Merchants to build relationships and increase the likelihood of sales conversions.
• Able to track and achieve personal goals/KPI given.
