ShopeeFood is seeking an entry-level Business Development and Partnerships specialist to manage merchant relationships in Banyumas, Tegal, and Cilacap. You will drive merchant performance by promoting campaigns and ShopeeFood services through email, WhatsApp, and calls.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in sales/account management, are target-driven, and proficient with Excel. Team collaboration is essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the ShopeeFood representative maintaining relationships with merchants in Banyumas, Tegal, and Cilacap Area.
• Maintain merchant performance by offering participation in campaigns and other ShopeeFood services through online channels (Email, WhatsApp blast, and telephone).
• Educate merchants about store quality and operations on ShopeeFood to help them gain more sales.
