Business Development Engineering Manager

CCECC is looking for an experienced Business Development Engineering Manager to support our project development and tender activities in Indonesia. This role will be involved in identifying new project opportunities, coordinating with clients and technical teams, and supporting the tender process from initial review to preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential project opportunities.
• Attend client meetings and prepare project summaries, meeting minutes, and reports.
• Conduct site visits and prepare site visit reports.
• Coordinate with clients and their technical teams.
• Review and analyze tender documents and support tender preparation.
• Prepare, fill, and review BOQs when required.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Engineering background; SKK or other relevant certifications are preferred.
• Experience in Business Development and/or Tender Preparation is preferred.
• Experience handling projects through the full project cycle is an advantage.
• Able to understand and analyze DED and BOQ.
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
