Job summary

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) is seeking an experienced Business Development Engineering Manager in Jakarta to support project development and tender activities. The role involves identifying opportunities, coordinating with clients and technical teams, and guiding tenders from review to preparation.

Key requirements include fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with Mandarin as a plus, plus an engineering background and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in Business Development and/or Tender Preparation preferred.
• Ability to understand and analyze DED and BOQ.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential project opportunities.
• Attend client meetings and prepare project summaries and reports.
• Conduct site visits and prepare site visit reports.
• Coordinate with clients and their technical teams.
• Review tender documents and support tender preparation.
• Prepare, fill, and review BOQs when required.
