Job summary

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) seeks a capable General Affairs coordinator to manage daily administrative activities at the Jakarta project site. You will ensure smooth operations and timely handling of site support.

The role requires strong networking with local authorities and stakeholders, effective coordination of logistics, permits, documentation, and project needs, and providing reliable operational support to the project team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in General Affairs in the construction or project industry.
• Experience dealing with local authorities, government offices, and external stakeholders.
• Strong coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to join as soon as possible.
