PT Leoch Battery Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in North Jakarta. You will identify market opportunities, build partnerships, and expand the customer base across key sectors to support revenue targets in a competitive energy storage industry.

The role requires 3–5 years in BD or related sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work across sales, marketing, and operations. Occasional travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in business development, new business sales, or account management in manufacturing, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with ability to close deals and exceed targets.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped markets and customer segments.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure new business deals while ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations to align business development activities.
• Track and report on business development metrics, pipeline progress, and sales forecasts to senior management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
