Job summary

Cermati in Makassar is seeking a dynamic Merchant Relations professional to acquire and manage local merchant partnerships, training them on our product and dashboards, and driving programs to boost top-line growth.

You will identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop customized partnership strategies with brands, online merchants, and payment gateways across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma Degree in any major.
• 1–2 years of experience in a financial company.
• Extensive local brand/retail merchant network preferred.
• Strong analytical skills in sales and performance monitoring.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Holding SIM A and SIM C licenses with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with local merchants.
• Train merchants on Indodana product knowledge, merchant dashboard, and basic tax process.
• Propose and drive implementation for new and recurring merchant programs to boost top line.
• Support program promotion media communication placement and sales improvement.
• Identify, research and maintain relationships with merchants.
• Analyze market updates, develop sales programs based on customer demand, trends and competitor activity.
• Research ways to increase the value of our products for our clients (missed features, improvements, client feedback).
• Create partnerships with brands, online merchants, payment gateways or other partners regionally.
• Have a depth understanding of both our product and the partners' product to create a successful partnership.
• Prepare an interesting and accurate customized presentation to be presented to potential partners.

• Researching ways to increase the value of our products for our clients (examples : missing features, improvements, client feedback)
• In charge of creating partnerships with brand, online merchant, payment gateway or other partners in regional.
• Have a depth understanding of both our product and the partners' product in order to create a successful partnership.
• Prepare an interesting and accurate customized presentation to be presented to potential partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma Degree from any major
• At least 1-2Year(s) of working experience in financial company.
• Vast network in local brand /retail merchants preferred.
• Strong analytical in sales and performance monitoring.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Holding both a SIM A and C license and owning a personal vehicle.
