Job summary

PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) seeks a capable Scrum Master to lead Agile projects within a software development context. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and coordinate across Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will engage stakeholders, promote Agile best practices, and help foster a collaborative environment with a focus on delivering quality software solutions. The role is based at Alam Sutra - Tangerang (Full WFO).

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with proven experience leading or managing Agile projects.
• Experience working on IT projects, software development, or within Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support effective project delivery.
• Strong communication, coordination, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Location: Alam Sutra - Tangerang (Full WFO)

Requirements:
