Job summary

PT Iforce Consulting Indonesia is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Product Specialist/Business Analyst to join our team in Central Jakarta. You will lead project delivery, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure outcomes align with client goals in a banking context.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, 3+ years in related roles, and hands-on Agile project management experience using Jira, Trello, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information System or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, product specialization, business analysis or related fields.
• Experience leading project teams using Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with project/task management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Azure DevOps.
• Banking industry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work in banking industry and from office in Central Jakarta.

Job description

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information System or equivalent

3+ years experience as a Project Manager/Product Specialist/Business Analyst/other relevant field

Must have experience managing project team using Agile Project Management Methodology

Have experience using tools for project management and task management (such as: Jira, trello, azure, etc.)

Experience in Banking industry will be an advantage

Have a strong Analytical Problem Solving skill

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Willing to Work in Banking Industry

Willing to Work from Office (WFO) in Central Jakarta
