Job summary

PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) in Alam Sutra, Tangerang is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive agile delivery on IT/software projects.

This full-time on-site role requires you to lead agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams across development, QA, and business analysis. You will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to remove impediments, safeguard the team, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with proven experience leading or managing Agile projects.
• Experience working on IT projects, software development, or within Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support effective project delivery.
• Strong communication, coordination, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Planner.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Developers, QA and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and remove impediments to help the team progress efficiently.
• Protect the team from external interruptions and foster a high-performing agile environment.

Requirements:
