PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) in Tangerang is seeking a Product Owner for an on-site role in the banking sector. You will manage the product backlog, define user stories and acceptance criteria, plan sprints, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/Business/Finance and 2-5 years of P.O. experience in banking, with strong Agile knowledge and Scrum experience; CSPO/PSPO certifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner in Banking/Financial Services
• 2-5 years of experience in Agile Software Development environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and product lifecycles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Job description

Product Owner position within the Banking Industry, based in Alam Sutra - Tangerang on a full onsite basis. The role requires expertise in Agile software development environments and banking or financial services product ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product backlog and conduct backlog refinement
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria
• Conduct sprint planning and sprint reviews
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical requirements for development teams
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
• Apply Scrum techniques and artifacts including Definition of Done (DoD) and automated testing practices

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in banking or financial services is required
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience working in Agile Software Development environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and product development lifecycles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Ownership such as CSPO or PSPO (preferred)
