Job summary

PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) is seeking a Business Analyst – Agile Lead for our banking industry project. This on-site role in Alam Sutra, Tangerang requires coordinating Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies, and aligning with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as Scrum Master, strong Agile knowledge, and excellent communication to ensure successful IT project outcomes. Join a growing tech partner serving global clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with proven experience leading Agile projects.
• Experience on IT projects, software development, or Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support effective project delivery.
• Strong communication, coordination, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Planner.
• Able to work effectively with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Location: Alam Sutra - Tangerang (Full WFO)

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with proven experience leading or managing Agile projects.

Experience working on IT projects, software development, or within Agile teams.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban.

Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support effective project delivery.

Strong communication, coordination, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Planner.

Able to work effectively with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
