Job summary

SIGMATECH in Alam Sutra, Tangerang is seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst with a strong banking domain background to translate business needs into clear user stories and requirements.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience, solid backlog management skills (Epic, Feature, User Story, DoR) and hands-on Agile/Scrum practice. Onsite work in Alam Sutra, Tangerang is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst in Digital Banking/Corporate/Transaction Banking.
• Strong backlog management with Epic, Feature, User Story, Acceptance Criteria, and DoR.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Stakeholder management, negotiation, prioritization, and managing different IT/business expectations.
• Understanding of Digital Banking/Corporate Banking, especially transaction or payment processes.
• Understand API concepts and ability to communicate with technical/development teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and influencing skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Alam Sutra, Tangerang.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in Digital Banking / Corporate Banking / Transaction Banking.
• Strong understanding of Product Backlog Management, including Epic, Feature, User Story, Acceptance Criteria, and Definition of Ready (DoR).
• Experienced in Agile/Scrum practices, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Strong ability in Requirement Analysis and translating business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Experienced in stakeholder management, negotiation, prioritization, and managing different business/IT expectations.
• Have a good understanding of Digital Banking / Corporate Banking, particularly transaction or payment processes.
• Understand basic API / system integration concepts and able to communicate effectively with technical/development teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Alam Sutra, Tangerang.

Preferred

• Experience handling products/features related to Corporate Banking or Transaction Banking.
• Experience working with financial transaction, payment, or approval workflows.
