Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources seeks a QA/QC professional to develop and implement robust QA/QC policies across manufacturing and service contexts. You will conduct internal audits, analyze data for trends, and drive continuous improvements in collaboration with other departments.

A strong background in RCA, CAPA, GMP, and QMS is required. Position is permanent and may require assignment to multiple company work locations in Indonesia, based in Jakarta as context from GAR group.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of RCA, CAPA, GMP, GWP, and Quality Management Systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Services industries, with a proven track record in system improvement initiatives.
• Willing to be assigned to all company work locations.

Perform routine internal audits to evaluate compliance and procedural effectiveness. Analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for continuous system improvement. Design and implement periodic training programs to enhance team awareness and competence regarding quality standards. Collaborate with other departments to implement solutions that improve quality and operational efficiency.

Job Requirement: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of RCA, CAPA, GMP, GWP, and Quality Management Systems. Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Services industries, with a proven track record in system improvement initiatives. Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities to motivate and lead teams. Willing to be assigned to all company work locations.
