Job summary

Golden Agri Resources seeks an Accountant based in Jakarta to manage payment proposals, payment runs, and related financial reporting. You will prepare cheques, maintain approval workflows, and ensure accurate reconciliation of payment batches against vendor and bank reports.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting (GPA 3.00), 1 year of experience, strong numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to work under deadlines with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create payment proposals and run payments according to defined parameters and frequency.

• Maintain cheque lot number range for the unit.
• Generate, review, reconcile payment batches against vendor/bank reports and invoices.
• Identify and resolve payment issues; escalate when required to Payment Processing Lead.
• Generate/validate I2P reports as required.
• Perform cash management for Actual Cash Flow (ACF) and Projected Cash Flow (PCF).
• Eliminate non-standard practices and ensure compliance.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with GPA 3.00. Minimum 1 year of working experience as accountant, fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Must have good attention to detail, numerical proficiency, result oriented and good analytical skills. Fast learner. Can work in a team, and in any situation (close to deadline must work overtime). Have the agility to learn and responsible.
