Mitracakra is seeking an IT Business Analyst to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will gather requirements, map processes, and work with designers and developers to ensure user-centered outcomes.

You will facilitate workshops, create wireframes in Figma, use JIRA/Confluence for tracking, and apply design thinking to deliver high-quality solutions across cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong flowcharting and process-mapping skills using Visio or Lucidchart.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping with UI/UX awareness.
• Familiarity with design thinking in solving business problems.
• Hands-on experience with BA tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex info clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate workshops, user interviews, and brainstorming sessions to gather insights and validate solutions.
• Develop test cases during the testing phase to ensure solutions meet business needs and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Make user guides for users and conduct training for trainers.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding and translating business requirements into functional solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, designers, and developers to ensure that our products meet user needs and align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Create detailed flowcharts and process maps to visualize business processes and system interactions.

Preferable can make UI/UX design using tools like Figma to create wireframes and prototypes that reflect user needs.

Apply design thinking principles to ensure user-centric problem-solving and solution development.

Familiarity with design thinking methodology and its application in solving complex business problems.

Hands-on experience with IT Business Analyst tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum team.

Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
