Job summary

PT Kode Evolusi Bangsa is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to gather and analyze requirements from project stakeholders and translate them into clear system specifications for software development.

You will document FSD/BRD, write user stories, record MOMs, review designs, and participate in sprint planning and client alignment sessions. Insurance domain experience is preferred and you will work closely with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, business administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in software projects.
• Hands-on project experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Ability to quickly understand complex business logic and end-to-end processes.
• Proficiency in using Figma for wireframes and workflow mapping.

Job description

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from key project stakeholders.

Deeply analyze end-to-end insurance business flows and translate them into clear system workflows.

Identify project risks, technical dependencies, and bottlenecks, developing effective mitigation plans.

Author comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and user stories.

Record, compile, and distribute clear Minutes of Meeting (MOM) to ensure all alignment decisions are tracked.

Review and validate technical designs to ensure they align strictly with specified business rules.

Participate in daily project syncs, sprint planning, and client alignment sessions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in software development projects.

Hands-on project experience in the insurance or financial services industry is required.

Strong ability to quickly comprehend complex business logic and end-to-end process flows.

Proficiency in using Figma for wireframing, UI prototyping, and workflow mapping.
