Job summary

PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi is seeking a capable Business Analyst to join our team in Jakarta Barat. The role focuses on analyzing data across business areas, reporting metrics, evaluating methodologies, and suggesting improvements in a cross-functional environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in multi-finance industries, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to influence stakeholders while delivering detailed reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop solutions.
• Lead ongoing reviews of processes and optimization strategies.
• Perform requirements analysis.
• Document and communicate requirements, analysis and UAT.
• Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional teams and management.
• Gather information from meetings with stakeholders and produce reports.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Perform user acceptance testing.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs.

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
• Performing requirements analysis
• Documenting and communicating Requirements, Analysis & User Acceptance Test
• Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Performing user acceptance testing
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Maintain a competitive market knowledge

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Analysis in Multi-Finance Industries (Other financial industries such as Core system for Banking and BPR or Core System for insurance are also welcome)
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
