Job summary

Sinar Mas Land is seeking a Building Maintenance & Improvement professional to support ITC Mangga Dua Central Jakarta. You will assist planning, maintenance, and supervision of electrical and electronic facilities, and contribute to project design, budgeting, and implementation across multi-story properties.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years in building maintenance, and strong knowledge of MEP systems. Proficiency in Office; AutoCAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance/property management.
• Experienced in multi-story building operations.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, and MEP building systems.
• Experienced in maintenance planning, budgeting, cost estimation, and project supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

Includes design, specifications, costs, and supervision of the implementation of work in the field.

Responsible for electrical and electronic reports.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly work plans and submit maintenance budgets.

Handling external and Internal customer complaints regarding the building's electrical and electronic facilities.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance/property management.

Experienced in multi-story building operations.

Knowledge of electrical, electronic, and MEP building systems.
