Job summary

ASRI, a visionary property developer, seeks a Tenant Relations professional to manage residential properties and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.

The role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of apartment operations, lease administration, and tenant services. ASRI emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder relationships across its iconic developments in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Property Management, Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Tenant Relations, Apartment Management, Residential Property Management, Building Management, or Condominium Management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of apartment operations, tenant management, lease administration, fit-out and handover processes, building regulations, and residential property management.
• Experience in handling tenant complaints, coordinating with internal departments, supervising vendors, and resolving operational issues effectively.
• Good understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), emergency procedures, building operations, and residential management standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with PMS, ERP, or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders.
