PT. Lesso Technology Indonesia is seeking a results-driven sales professional to promote and sell building materials and pipes across the assigned region in Indonesia.

The role requires strong networking, excellent communication, and the ability to work in an inter-cultural environment. You will travel within the region to meet customers, develop a sustainable business plan, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience selling building materials or pipes.
• Excellent rapport building, networking and relationship management experience.
• Ability to work well in an inter-cultural environment.
• First class communication skills able to operate professionally and effectively at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
