Job summary

PT Trust Recruit Indonesia is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead regional sales across the manufacturing of lightweight steel building materials. You will manage distributors, drive product penetration, and develop market strategies in Surabaya and surrounding regions.

The role requires building materials market knowledge beyond Java and strong leadership to coach a regional team and deliver on targets. Excellent Excel reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience as Area Manager in a building materials company.
• Proven experience managing distributors, sales operations, and promotional activities.
• Experience in building materials markets outside Java (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku, Papua, Sumatra).

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales targets per budget.
• Drive growth and product penetration in the territory.
• Develop market penetration strategies and expand areas.
• Monitor distribution channels and stock levels.
• Lead and coach regional sales team.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Analyze market conditions and pricing trends.
• Manage AR, inventory, and forecasts.
