Job summary

PT Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Building Manager to oversee and maintain regular building maintenance and repairs at our Jakarta-area facilities. You will lead on-site staff, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safety for occupants and visitors.

You will prepare annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and conduct routine inspections to comply with laws and company policies. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum education background is Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major or concentration, preferably in Engineering
• Minimum experience 5 years as Building Manager or related roles in Residential, Strata, Office, or Leasing
• Skill & knowledge in budgeting, managing vendors, building operations
• Good leadership, communication and administration skills
• For placement in Jabodetabek, or for placement in Surabaya, Bali, or Papua
• Commercial & Industrial Property Management 101-1,000 employees
