Job summary

PT Usaha Gedung Mandiri is seeking a Building Manager to oversee management operations, maintenance, and business development for property management services in Indonesia. You will drive sales, ensure SLA targets, and manage budgets for operations and maintenance while maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a Bachelors in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years in building management, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• S1 degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• At least 3 years as Building Manager, Property Manager, or Residential Manager.
• Greenship Professional certificate.
• Experience in civil works, residential building management and maintenance.
• General K3 certificate.
• Building management competency certification issued by BNSP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business development and sales of building management services
• Achieve SLA targets, business, sales and revenue goals
• Oversee building maintenance management with zero complaints
• Monitor building management finances and prepare annual budgets for operations and maintenance
• Create, develop, implement and evaluate building management procedures, work instructions and SOPs
• Manage and monitor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, event and tenant building activities effectively and efficiently
• Plan and direct comprehensive building management programs
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of building mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other facilities
• Ensure operational efficiency of building management activities
