Job summary

Job description

CME [Building Management/Facility Management]

Manage and monitor building facilities, infrastructure, and supporting utilities to ensure smooth and reliable daily operations

Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of building facilities, including electrical systems, HVAC/AC, plumbing, fire protection systems, generators, UPS, and other MEP facilities

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, and building management for maintenance, repair, and facility-related issues

Ensure building facilities comply with applicable safety, security, and operational standards

Prepare and maintain documentation related to building maintenance, inspection, service reports, and facility inventory

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Building Management, Facility Management, CME, MEP, or related fields

Experience handling building facilities and infrastructure, particularly electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other MEP systems

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities

Willing to conduct site visits and work outside the office when required
