Job summary

RASA Group in Bekasi is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to oversee building maintenance, renovations, and facility projects. You will coordinate vendors and partners, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and quality.

The role requires 3+ years in related fields, strong coordination and budgeting skills, and the ability to travel to project locations as needed. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in building maintenance, construction, renovation, fit-out, facility management, or project management.
• Experience in managing contractors and vendors.
• Strong understanding of RAB/BOQ, construction work, budgeting, and documentation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, problem-solving, and monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements :

• Experienced in managing contractors and vendors.

• Able to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to project locations outside the city when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
