Job summary

Haleon plc. in Indonesia is seeking a Brand Manager to drive brand and portfolio growth, own the P&L via insights-based planning, and work with cross-functional teams and agency partners.

You will lead the annual market activation plan, translate three-year growth drivers into consumer-focused actions, strengthen brand equity, and bring the innovation pipeline to life across media, creative development and digital programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand marketing within the consumer products industry.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into compelling communications and media plans that grow brand share.
• Strong financial and logical thinking skills, paired with sound business acumen.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• The adaptability to work effectively across changing situations, organizational priorities and job demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual market activation plan, translating growth drivers into consumer-focused actions with cross-functional teams and agencies.
• Own the annual brand P&L, driving sales and profit targets while actively managing budget spend.
• Strengthen brand equity by adapting and activating global and area toolkits for the local market.
• Bring the innovation pipeline to market and turn brand strategy into standout execution across media, creative development and digital programmes.
• Build strong agency and cross-functional partnerships locally and with Sales and Trade Marketing to win in-store and deliver go-to-market plans across channels.
