Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and cross-functional teams, you will manage brand budgets, monitor KPIs, and continuously optimize initiatives to strengthen brand equity, engagement and market leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in brand management within FMCG.
• Proven track record of growing FMCG brands.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovative campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives, driving growth and market leadership.
• Lead end-to-end product development and launches from consumer insights to commercialization.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute campaigns, activations, and partnerships to strengthen brand equity and sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D and other teams to ensure consistent brand positioning.
• Manage brand budgets and KPIs, continuously optimize strategies based on industry trends.
