Job summary

Bobobox is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Lead to manage end-to-end supply chain activities at the Bandung Operations Center. You will translate demand into actionable plans, build a reliable supplier base, and drive cost efficiency while ensuring material availability across manufacturing, projects, and branches.

You will lead demand planning, procurement, and warehouse operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize BOM, lead times, and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and strong analytical capabilities.
• Proven track record in procurement/supply chain with cost optimization.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with BOM and supplier quality knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain function covering Supply & Demand Planning, Procurement, Warehouse & Inventory, and Logistics.
• Own demand planning and consolidate requirements into an integrated supply plan.
• Own end-to-end procurement for materials, FF&E, operational supplies, services, and manufacturing-related requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies, supplier selection, tendering, negotiation, contracting, and vendor performance management.
• Partner with manufacturing/project/operations on BOM requirements, lead times, production schedules, and make-or-buy considerations.
• Drive cost reduction and value engineering without compromising quality, safety, or operational reliability.
• Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, stock accuracy, cycle counts, and obsolete/slow-moving inventory.
• Establish inventory planning, min-max/reorder levels, and material availability controls to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Ensure procurement and warehouse processes comply with approval matrices, SOPs, documentation standards, and internal controls.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Procurement and Warehouse teams; establish clear KPIs and accountability.

Lead Bobobox's end-to-end supply chain function covering supply & demand planning, procurement, manufacturing supply support, warehouse & inventory, and logistics to ensure materials and operational requirements are available at the right quantity, quality, cost, location, and timeline. The role is responsible for translating business and project demand into supply plans, building a reliable supplier base, optimizing inventory and working capital, driving cost efficiency, and ensuring seamless material flow to support manufacturing, projects, and branch operations.

What you will do:

Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain function covering Supply & Demand Planning, Procurement, Warehouse & Inventory, and Logistics.

Own demand planning and consolidate requirements from Manufacturing, Project, Operations, and other functions into an integrated supply plan.

Own end-to-end procurement for materials, FF&E, operational supplies, services, and manufacturing-related requirements.

Develop sourcing strategies, supplier selection, tendering, negotiation, contracting, and vendor performance management.

Partner with manufacturing/project/operations teams on BOM requirements, material specifications, lead times, production schedules, and make-or-buy considerations.

You will fit in this job if you:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in procurement/supply chain, including at least 2-3 years in a managerial or team-lead role.

Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment is required, with good understanding of BOM, raw/material planning, production requirements, specifications, and supplier quality.

Proven experience managing warehouse/inventory operations and stock-control processes.

Strong commercial negotiation, strategic sourcing, cost analysis, vendor management, and value-engineering capability.

Comfortable working with ERP/procurement/inventory systems and using data to drive purchasing and inventory decisions.

Strong ownership, integrity, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership; able to work in a fast-paced and cost-conscious environment.

Willing to be place at Bobobox's Operational Center, Cigondewah, Bandung.
