Bobobox is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to manage inventory and ensure timely ordering while delivering exceptional guest service. You will upsell items and collaborate across departments to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma and 2+ years in food & beverage, preferably in cafe/resto/hotel settings. Placement at Bobocabin Gn. Rinjani [Sembalun] is expected.

Competenze

• Min. high school diploma; certification in hospitality management is advantageous.
• At least 2 years in food & beverage, preferably as barista in cafe/resto/hotel.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed at Bobocabin Gn. Rinjani [Sembalun].
