Indogal Agro Trading seeks a proactive Branch Manager to lead our new Bali branch. You will establish operations, recruit and train the local team, and drive sales growth from the ground up.

You will manage daily activities, develop SOPs, build partnerships with local customers, and act as the key liaison between the Bali branch and headquarters to ensure alignment and performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager.
• Experience launching or developing new business units is a strong advantage.
• Experience in B2B meat and Horeca industry is a huge advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of SOPs and computer.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Branch Manager to lead our new branch in Bali. You will manage operations, drive business growth, and lead sales activities to build our presence from the beginning.

Role Description:

• Help PT Indogal Agro Trading running its new Branch in Bali
• Establish a solid branch operation and set up team to support daily business activities
• Contribute to generate revenue and grow sales, expand customer base, and build local partnerships.
• Support management plan in setting-up the branch
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Bali branch and headquarters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager
• Experienced in the B2B meat and Horeca industry is a huge advantage
• Proven experience in launching or developing new business units is a strong advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of SOPs and computer.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle complete responsibility for the branch.
