Job summary

Multi Bintang Indonesia is seeking an Area Business Manager – Bali (Rural) to drive growth through strong commercial leadership, distributor partnerships, and execution excellence. You will lead a high-performing team and expand market presence across Bali’s rural outlets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in FMCG sales and at least 3 years in people leadership, with preference for on/off-trade channel experience. Based in Bali, laptop and car are provided.

Qualifications
