Job summary

Multi Bintang Indonesia is seeking an Area Business Manager – Bali (Rural) to drive growth through strong commercial leadership, distributor partnerships, and execution excellence. You will lead a high-performing team and expand market presence across Bali’s rural outlets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in FMCG sales and at least 3 years in people leadership, with preference for on/off-trade channel experience. Based in Bali, laptop and car are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 7 years of FMCG sales experience.
• At least 3 years in a people leadership role.
• Experience managing both on and off-trade channels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales, revenue, and market share targets across the Bali Rural area.
• Strengthen distributor capability and alignment on priorities and performance targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Expand distribution and outlet penetration to grow brands and business.
• Turn market insights into actions that drive sustainable growth.
