Ruangguru is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to coordinate regional branches, drive events and promotions, and optimize revenue through PnL awareness. The role focuses on delivering exceptional student engagement and enrollment outcomes.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end customer experiences, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty across the regional network. A Bachelor's degree and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations; English course/educational/start-up experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of people management and leading a team.
