Job summary

Ruangguru for Business seeks a dynamic Regional Operations Lead to oversee multiple branches in Bali. You will drive branch strategy, events, and promotions to boost student engagement and enrollment, while ensuring superior service experiences.

In this role, you will manage branch P&L, analyze local market conditions, and implement revenue growth initiatives. Strong leadership and bilingual communication (Bahasa Indonesia and English) are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.
