Posisi Branch Operations Lead bertanggung jawab mengoordinasikan operasional cabang, memastikan proses akademik berjalan lancar, serta memimpin inisiatif cabang seperti acara dan promosi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan pendaftaran.

Anda juga akan mengelola kinerja PnL cabang, menganalisis kondisi pasar lokal, dan mengoptimalkan pendapatan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven leadership in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Operations.
• Experience in education, early childhood or startup environments is a plus.
• Strong people management and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.
