Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Indonesia is seeking a Branch Operations Leader to coordinate and manage regional branches, ensuring smooth operations and overseeing academic processes. You will lead branch activity initiatives, drive events and marketing efforts to boost student enrollment, and apply PnL insights to optimize revenue while delivering exceptional customer experience.

A Bachelor's degree and hands-on leadership in Sales, Marketing, or Business Operations are required, with preference

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations (experience in an English course/educational/start-up environment is advantageous).
• Good knowledge of people management and experience in handling a team.
