Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Branch Operations Leader in Medan to oversee multiple branches in the region and ensure smooth academic processes. You will drive branch initiatives, events, and promotions to boost student engagement and enrollment.

You will also manage branch profitability, analyze local markets, and optimize revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term loyalty across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or start-up environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee operations of one or multiple branches within the region to ensure smooth operations and effective academic processes.

Job Descriptions

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.
