Ruangguru for Business is seeking a driven leader to oversee regional branch operations and drive student engagement across multiple locations in Indonesia.

You will manage events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to boost enrollment while optimizing branch revenue. Strong leadership and bilingual communication are essential for success in a dynamic education startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven leadership experience in sales, marketing, or operations.
• Experience in education or startup environments is a plus.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.
