Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Branch Operations Leader to coordinate and manage regional branches in Indonesia, ensuring smooth operations and overseeing academic processes. The role will lead branch activities, events, promotions, and marketing strategies to drive student engagement and enrollment.

You will also manage PnL considerations, evaluate local market conditions, and identify sales opportunities to optimize revenue while delivering a superior customer journey and loyalty across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major required.
• Experience leading a team in a sales/marketing context.
• Experience in education/start-up environment is advantageous.

• Oversee the entire customer experience, managing the end-to-end customer journey to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty
