Job summary

Renjana Hospitality in Bali seeks an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee restaurant and bar service, manage shift schedules, and control costs to align with our boutique resort brand.

Lead and cross-train a multitask service team, coordinate with the kitchen on timing and events, report performance metrics to the Operations Manager, and ensure guest satisfaction with international guests. Conversational English required.

Qualifications

• Experience as F&B Supervisor or similar in boutique hotels or restaurants.
• Knowledge of beverage service and cocktails.
• Basic POS and inventory control experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant and bar service operations to uphold brand standards.
• Supervise F&B service team: multitask waiters, bartenders, runners.
• Manage shift scheduling for the F&B team.
• Control beverage costs and stock; monitor costs and revenue.
• Resolve guest feedback related to F&B service.
• Coordinate with kitchen on service timing, events and guest requests.
• Report F&B performance and staffing metrics to the Operations Manager.
