Job summary

DyStar is seeking a logistics officer in Cilegon to manage bonded zone procedures for incoming and outgoing goods. You will input data into the Customs System and prepare essential documents for exports, imports, and inter-warehouse transfers.

The role requires familiarity with SAP bonded zone processes, strong communication with internal teams and Hanggar officers, and meticulous accuracy in stock-taking and audits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in bonded zone processes and export-import activities.
• Familiar with SAP for bonded zone procedures.
• Computer literate and familiar with IT inventory.
• Able to communicate with internal departments and customs officers.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Incoming-Outgoing Goods/Materials by ensuring all procedures follow the bonded zone regulation.
• Input data of incoming and outgoing goods/materials to Customs System.
• Prepare Customs documents, shipping instructions and other documents and input into the system.
• Prepare PPBKB documents and input into system for inter-warehouse transfers, export, import and/or domestic sales.
• Ensure that all material loading/unloading activities during transfers in Cilegon are properly approved by the relevant customs authorities.
• Visit customs (hanggar) officer at Cilegon area to request signature on all documents
• Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct annual stock-taking and customs audit activities.
• Accompany the Customs (Hanggar) Officer to open seals and inspect goods. If the officer is unable to come to Cilegon, carry out the seal opening and good inspection via video call as instructed by the Hanggar Officer and applicable custom procedures.

Requirements

• Preferably a degree from diploma/Senior High School with at least 1 year of relevant experience in legal areas of bonded zone processes and export-import activities.
• Familiar in SAP especially for bonded zone procedures
• Computer literature is required, and familiar with IT Inventory
• Able to communicate well with internal departments and customs (Hanggar) officers
