• Create copy for Jenius app, web, push notifications, emails, and What's New communications in Indonesian and English.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define and implement UX-aligned copy.
• Present copy decisions to workstreams and senior stakeholders for alignment with business goals.
• Apply data collection and research findings to improve content and user experience.
• Stay updated on copywriting best practices and fintech industry trends.
