The candidate will collaborate with design, product, research, and engineering teams to establish content standards, optimize user flows, and ensure consistency across digital banking touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or related digital fields.
• Portfolio showcasing content design across digital products (flows, interface copy, strategy).
• Experience translating research, business requirements, and product complexity into user-centered content.
• Strong understanding of information architecture and usability principles.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise UX copy across apps, websites, and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, researchers, engineers, and business teams to shape user journeys.
• Develop content patterns and reusable copy components within the design system.
