Job summary

Fuse is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, business-driven digital experiences across growth, gamification, and affiliate features. You will translate complex financial structures into simple interfaces, collaborating with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to ship polished, production-ready designs.

We value a strong portfolio, AI-assisted iteration, and experience in regulated fintech environments. Bahasa Indonesia and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Information Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of professional UX/UI design experience, preferably in a tech environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects with business impact and user-centered thinking.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with the ability to create intuitive and compelling experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud softwares.
• Deep understanding of building, contributing to, or maintaining design systems.
• Practical ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate design iteration.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Native-level fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional-level English.
