Description du poste

• Create clear and concise product copy within the Jenius application, utilizing the Jenius Design System, writing guidelines, and existing copywriting references to consistently represent the Jenius brand identity.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions that support product strategy, User Experience (UX), and User Interface (UI) design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create copywriting content in both Indonesian and English for the Jenius mobile app, Jenius web app, Push Notifications, Emails, and What's New communications, ensuring alignment with Jenius Brand Guidelines, style guides, and quality standards.
• Present and articulate copywriting decisions to workstreams and senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop copywriting solutions in collaboration with the UX Writing Manager, Product Owners, and Engineers as part of the user experience (UX) planning and design process.
• Apply various data collection techniques and contribute to product enhancements based on research findings and data-driven insights.
• Conduct research on copywriting best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content effectiveness and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
• Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other word processing and productivity tools.
• Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and the associated risks and control frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Digital Banking, fintech ecosystem, and product development processes is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
