Job summary

JAC Recruitment seeks a Liaison Officer - Japanese Speaker to streamline communications with Japanese-speaking stakeholders in a dynamic education and training setting. You will interpret, translate, coordinate visits, and assist visitors across Bali and Cikarang, with occasional business trips to Japan.

The role requires JLPT N3 level Japanese or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a proactive, travel-ready attitude.

Qualifications

• JLPT N3 level or equivalent communication ability.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in an LPK environment would be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and proactive, with confidence in communicating with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel between Cikarang and Bali, with potential business trips to Japan.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Japanese-speaking clients, partners, and visiting stakeholders.
• Provide Japanese-Indonesian interpretation and translation support.
• Coordinate interviews, school visits, business meetings, and visitor schedules.
• Arrange transportation, accommodation, and hospitality-related activities.
• Accompany and support Japanese-speaking visitors during their stay in Indonesia.
• Support administrative tasks, reporting, and internal coordination.
