Job summary

PT BREXA Raya Indonesia seeks a client-facing interpreter and liaison to support Japanese clients visiting Indonesia. The role will involve guiding guests, arranging airport transfers, coordinating schedules, and facilitating on-site interpretation for Ginou Jisshu and SSW program interviews.

Experience in Japan or employment at an LPK is highly desirable, with JLPT N3 proficiency as a minimum requirement. The team supports cross-border HR services across Asia.

Qualifications

• Minimum JLPT N3 proficiency is required.
• Experience in Japan or employment at an LPK is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accompany and assist clients during their visit.
• Arrange and provide airport pick-up and drop-off services for clients.
• Coordinate clients’ schedules, including rental car arrangements and related others.
• Serve as an interpreter for interviews Ginou Jisshu and Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) programs.
