Job summary

PT JAC Consulting Indonesia is seeking an Administration Staff (Japanese Speaker) to support Japan internship programs. The role involves coordinating with trainees, staff, and Japanese partners, preparing and checking trainee documents, and translating between Japanese and Bahasa Indonesia, including CVs and candidate information.

The successful candidate will also assist in the mensetsu interview process, providing interpretation between Japanese clients and trainees.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 degree in any major, preferably Japanese Literature.
• Must have Japanese language skills (minimum JLPT N3).
• Experience as a Document Staff or Japanese Interpreter in a Sending Organization (SO), LPK, or similar company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with trainees, internal staff, and Japanese partners regarding Japan internship program.
• Prepare, check, and maintain trainee documents.
• Translate documents between Japanese and Bahasa Indonesia, including CVs and candidate information.
• Support the trainee interview (mensetsu) process, including interpreting during interviews between Japanese clients/partners and trainees.
