Identify client needs, propose solutions, and drive timely project delivery while monitoring budgets and reporting to sales and operations. Strong communication, organization, and adaptability are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in client handling, account management, marketing, or communications (B2B/B2C)
• Strong problem-solving & critical thinking skills
• Organized with solid project management abilities
• Excellent verbal & written communication in English
• Building strong client relationships and maintaining client satisfaction
• Available to join ASAP

Responsibilities

• Handle and strengthen client relationships with a client-first approach.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in Bahasa/English to coordinate with clients and teams.
• Proactively identify client needs, propose solutions, and resolve issues using strong problem-solving & critical thinking skills.
• Coordinate projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
• Support the sales & operations team with client liaison, reporting, and administration.
• Research market trends, analyze sales data, and provide insights for smarter business decisions.
• Adapt quickly to new challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
