Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply; up to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis, visualization tools, or AI productivity tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, research, and project coordination support to consulting teams across engagements.
• Support project execution, conduct secondary research, organize project materials, and assist in client deliverables.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research using public sources, databases, and industry publications.
• Gather, analyze, and summarize research findings into clear and actionable insights.
• Support market landscape assessments, competitor profiling, and B2B research activities.
• Organize, clean, and maintain research data from surveys, interviews, and secondary sources.
• Prepare charts, tables, research summaries, and other analytical outputs to support project teams.
• Assist in the development of client presentations, reports, proposals, and other project deliverables.
• Consolidate information from multiple stakeholders and ensure deliverables are accurate, consistent, and professionally presented.
• Support project coordination by tracking timelines, scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and following up on action items.
• Collaborate closely with Consultants, Managers, and Directors to support project execution and delivery.
• Participate in project discussions and training programs to develop consulting, analytical, and business problem-solving capabilities.
